Amba Ham Company is a family owned and operated USDA inspected meat processing plant that specializes in manufacturing quality cured and salted pork products. Originally founded in the early 1980’s by the late Ricardo Navarro Sr. as he took over a fledgling ham processing plant that he eventually transitioned into manufacturing cured salted products. Today, that tradition and same work ethic continues with our line of products carried out by his children and grandchildren. Our products have been a staple of Caribbean cuisine over the years and are distributed by distributors locally to most supermarkets and restaurants in the South Florida area.
